Four local projects to compete for environmental funds

Following the approval of four local environmental projects by the Mangroves for the Future (MFF) secretariat, training is now taking place to help stakeholders develop their proposals before they compete for funds.

Project to recycle waste glass launched

A new project to collect waste glass such as bottles and jars, and put it to good use in building work, has been was launched.
The project by non-governmental organization Sustainability for Seychelles aims to divert glass waste from landfill sites and recycle it.
